Cancellations and Refund

We aim at delighting our customers with a stress free online shopping experience, therefore  for any reasons if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can opt to return your order in lieu of a full refund.

All you would need to do is to contact our well-trained customer service experts at 0124-4009157 or alternatively drop us an email at care@myrosa.in within 15 days from the date of placing your order.

 

Note: Return of Order shall only be accepted if the products are returned back in their original packaging with the tags intact in an unwashed and undamaged condition, i.e., the original condition as it was shipped to you.

 

Non-Refurnable Products

Some items like Silicone Bra, Corset, Jewelry, Eyelashes, Nail art Stickers, Hand Bags are non returnable purely for hygiene issues. 

Order Cancellation

For cancelling your order, please contact our customer service experts as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer service experts to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Myrosa Points used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.

 

 Note: 

  Refund/ replacement for merchandise is subject to approval and inspection by myrosa supervising team


  Damaged merchandise due to negligence or improper usage shall not be returned/ replaced.


  Products listed on the website as non-refundable or returnable shall not be returned/ replaced.


   (COD)Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charges are non-refundable charges and will not be included in the refund value.l

Turnaround time for returns

It normally takes around 72 hrs for us to reship the merchandise from your place back to our warehouse. Once we get the merchandise back in our warehouse, it takes another 7 days for us to process your refund subject to inspection of merchandise by our team. In case, you choose to ship the merchandise back to us on your own, the delivery time would depend on the shipment agency you choose.

Refunds

  The refund of your payment would depend on the payment option opted by you:

  For purchase made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either credit your Net-Banking or Credit Card account or issue Myrosa Points. Myrosa Points may be utilized for future purchases on the website.


 For purchase made by Cash on Delivery, we can either initiate a Bank Transfer or issue Myrosa Points. Myrosa Points may be utilized for future purchases on the website.


 For purchase made by Myrosa Points, we can only refund via Myrosa Points. Myrosa Points may be utilized for future purchases on the website.

 

Non-Refund of Shipping & COD (cash on delivery) charges

Shipping & COD convenience (cash on delivery) charges are non-refundable, in any event.

 

Refund Updates

We send out refund updates to our customers via emails. Please check your email for updates regarding refund in your email. If you receive an email from us stating that the refund has already been processed, please allow the refund process to complete. The time taken for refund varies depending upon the payment option selected by you. If you do not receive any refund updates from us, please contact our customer service team or write to us at care@myrosa.in.  

 

Exchange Policy

In a bid to offer you a uniquely rewarding shopping experience, we allow our customers to exchange the product ordered or buy any other product in exchange to your previous order, if at all not satisfied by their purchase. All one needs to do is to contact our customer service team or write to us at care@myrosa.in, within a period of 15 days, from the date of order.

 

Please Note: Exchange of Products shall only be accepted if the products are returned back in their original packaging with the tags intact in an unwashed and undamaged condition, i.e., the original condition as it was shipped to you.

 

At present, exchange is only available in select areas. Please contact our customer service team on 0124-4009157 to check if exchange is available in your area or not.

 

Purchase in exchange

You can shop for any product/s in exchange at www.myrosa.in. However, the final price of the exchanged product (s) you opt for, should be more than or equal to the price of returned items.

 

Exchange Charges

Exchange at Myrosa is absolutely free. All you need to do is to return the original item to us and exchange it for an item/s of same or higher value. In case you opt for an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount as cash on delivery (COD). COD charges will apply. In case, you opt for an item of equal value, nominal shipping charges will apply. COD and shipping charges are non-refundable, in any event.

 

Cancellation of exchange

For getting your exchange order cancelled, Please contact our customer service team at the earliest with your order number. If your order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we will cancel your exchange order and issue a refund in the form of Myrosa Points.  

 

If your order is dispatched from our warehouse but yet to be delivered, please decline the delivery and contact our customer service team to inform them of the same. All refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Myrosa Points used in placing the Order will be credited back to your myrosa account.
